In September, Sean “Diddy” Combs faced serious charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals to engage in prostitution.
These legal issues have intensified as a Houston-based attorney, Tony Buzbee, recently held a press conference revealing allegations against Sean Combs.
At the event on October 1, Buzbee announced that a 9-year-old boy is among 120 individuals accusing Combs of sexual assault and abuse in upcoming lawsuits.
He claimed that this young boy suffered sexual abuse after auditioning at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City. According to Buzbee, “Other boys were there to audition as well.” They all sought record deals, but the 9-year-old was allegedly abused by Combs and several others present, who promised both him and his parents a chance at fame.
Buzbee stated that his firm, in collaboration with the AVA Law Group, represents at least 120 clients ready to file civil claims against Combs.
Notably, he mentioned that 25 of these alleged victims are minors. He plans to initiate the lawsuits across various states within the next month.
The lawyer described the group of alleged victims as “evenly divided between males and females.” Over 55% of them have reported their abuse to authorities or hospitals, indicating the gravity of the situation. Buzbee detailed how many victims claim to have been assaulted at Diddy’s parties. These events included album release celebrations, New Year’s Eve parties, “all white parties,” and “puppy parties.” Furthermore, the alleged abuse occurred at auditions in Los Angeles, Miami, Manhattan, and the Hamptons between 1991 and 2024.
Compounding these allegations, Buzbee claimed that many victims tested positive for the drug Xylazine, commonly known as “tranq.”
This horse tranquilizer was reportedly found in their systems following the incidents. Such revelations raise serious concerns regarding the environment at these events.
In response to these allegations, Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, issued a statement asserting that the legal team cannot address every baseless claim made in what she described as a “reckless media circus.” She emphasized, “Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.” Wolff expressed confidence that the truth would prevail in court, based on evidence rather than speculation.
