Bam Margera Kicked Out of Hotel Room Before Arrest

Bam Margera has been in the news a lot lately, and for all the wrong reasons. The former Jackass star was arrested for public intoxication last Wednesday. Now authorities are saying he was kicked out of his hotel room shortly before that.

Margera was arrested at around 3:45 PM outside of a Thai food restaurant in Burbank on Wednesday. Police found him outside of the establishment arguing with a woman. The dispute was getting louder and louder.

Sources say when police got to the restaurant, Margera was unable to take care of himself. He was arrested and booked for misdemeanor intoxication.

One witness said Margera’s estranged wife Nikki and their five-year-old son Phoenix were inside the restaurant when the incident occurred. It is unclear if Nikki was the woman arguing with Bam.

Now, more news has emerged about the incident. It may have escalated from something that occurred earlier that day.

Law enforcement was called to the room Margera was staying in at the Roosevelt Hotel at noon on Wednesday, hours before the arrest due to complaints of loud arguing.

When the police got there, they found Margera on the phone with his ex. They were arguing about his visitation rights. He appeared to be upset over how much time he gets to spend with his five-year-old son.

Lawyers are working on getting Margera regular visitation rights, but that is contingent on him staying sober.

Margera was in the hotel room with another woman. However, he didn’t appear to be fighting with her and there was no sign of injury.

Both guests left the hotel as they were told.

Nikki stated that she was considering filing a restraining order against Margera following his recent arrest. She said that the incident was “scary for me and even scarier for Phoenix”. She said it was a shame because “the visitation Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went reasonably well”.

“This is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back,” she said.
