Being close to Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, where significant business deals are conducted is a great idea for Meghan and Harry, according to the insider.

Moreover, the vibrant Malibu scene offers opportunities for major stars, producers, and studio executives to socialize and negotiate deals during gatherings like dinners and beach parties.

The source noted that Meghan already has friends residing in the area, and she particularly enjoys places like Soho House.

Undoubtedly, Prince Harry and Meghan would be highly sought-after guests and warmly welcomed at numerous prominent events.

Additionally, the couple has to make important decisions concerning their children’s education as Archie approaches his fifth birthday next year. While homeschooling is common among high earners in the state, Malibu’s schools are renowned and popular among celebrity parents.

The region also holds dear memories for Meghan since her stepbrother Tom spoke about her cherished childhood experiences in Malibu and its surrounding areas. During her younger years, she often enjoyed delightful beach outings at The Will Rogers Beach near Malibu, close to her family home in Woodland Hills.

The couple invested a substantial £11.4 million ($14.65 million) in their Montecito estate, situated in the lush community of Santa Barbara, California. The impressive property boasts nine bedrooms, sixteen bathrooms, a games room, a gym, tennis courts, and a tea house.

According to the real estate experts, the estate could potentially fetch up to £15.5 million if they were to put it back on the market.

Although reps for Harry and Meghan declined to comment, sources close to the couple informed The Post that they have no plans to move and are choosing to stay in their current home.
