New Assault Allegations Against Sean “Diddy” Combs

A new lawsuit accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of violently dangling a woman off a balcony in Los Angeles eight years ago after he was denied bail for the third time in his federal sex trafficking case just before Thanksgiving.

The jury-seeking complaint, filed on November 27 in L.A. Superior Court, alleges abuse involving Combs and his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

This complaint details physical assaults, including bruises and other injuries, and seeks compensation exceeding $10 million for damages.

Combs recently settled Ventura’s abuse and rape lawsuit for $30 million, though accusations against him continue to grow from various individuals.

The 55-year-old music mogul faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution, with a trial set for May 2025.

Currently detained in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre, Combs could face life imprisonment if convicted on the federal charges.

This latest lawsuit involves Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, who accuses Combs of assaulting her at Ventura’s Los Angeles apartment in 2016.

According to Bongolan’s filing, Combs allegedly dangled her off a 17-story balcony and slammed her into patio furniture in a rage.

The complaint claims this act was part of a series of threats, violence, and intimidation that Bongolan endured during their interactions.

The document describes how Combs’ actions violated Bongolan’s dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety, causing lasting harm.

The filing details an incident where Combs forcibly groped Bongolan, threatened her, and terrorized her by calling himself the “devil.”

This attack, the lawsuit alleges, was a culmination of previous threats and demonstrated Bongolan’s fear of Combs’ violent behavior.

Historical parallels were drawn to similar incidents in hip-hop, such as Suge Knight allegedly threatening Vanilla Ice in the early 1990s.

Unlike Vanilla Ice’s case, Bongolan’s filing suggests the balcony incident was not about money but a deliberate act of terror.

The complaint argues that dangling someone off a balcony serves no purpose except to harm or completely dominate their autonomy.

Combs’ legal team has denied these allegations, stating they lack evidence and asserting confidence in the judicial process.

His representatives claim Bongolan has planned this lawsuit for over a year and believe the accusations are baseless and unfounded.

Combs also appears to be distancing himself from his earlier apology for a 2016 incident involving Ventura, captured on security footage.

With these escalating accusations, Combs faces mounting legal battles on both coasts, challenging his reputation and future in court.

Ultimately, the truth behind these claims will unfold as both sides prepare to present their evidence in court proceedings.
