Kanye West, known for his frequent clashes with fellow celebrities, has now found himself in a significant conflict with Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. The root of this major controversy lies in West’s anti-Semitic remarks made in 2022. As reported by Billboard, these offensive comments were made public via X (formerly known as Twitter), leading to a substantial backlash.
West’s controversial outbursts have not only resulted in the loss of major partnerships with high-profile brands but have also caused tension within the music industry. John Legend, a fellow musician, expressed his disapproval, pointing out the tendency of so-called’ free, independent thinkers’ to voice anti-black and anti-Semitic views. In a similar vein, Jack Antonoff’s straightforward remark, ‘ Kanye a little b****,’ reflected the widespread disapproval of West’s actions.
Joining the chorus of disapproval, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have distanced themselves from West. Their dissatisfaction reached a peak when the’ Heartless’ singer sampled one of Black Sabbath’s songs without permission, leading the Osbournes to publicly express their discontent.
